Recharge with Resilience

Join us for Recharge with Resilience at NetDiligence, our exclusive wellness series in Beverly Hills. This three-day exercise event will feature a private, instructor-led exercise course each morning of the conference.

Beginning at 7:30 AM on the rooftop of the Sixty Hotel, the workouts will run for 45 minutes to an hour.

Event space is limited, so please RSVP if you would like to attend. Please join us for one of all of the sessions outlined below.

  • Ride with Resilience - Cycle
    Monday, Oct. 16 | 7:30 am - 8:30 am
    • Let us host you through a 45-minute full-body cycling workout that combines cardio, strength, and endurance training. Our instructors will guide you through high-intensity intervals, hill climbs, sprints, and endurance challenges set to music. This is perfect for beginners and pros alike.  (Upon registration, we will reach out to get your shoe size!)
  • Reset With Resilience - Yoga
    Tuesday, Oct. 17 | 7:30 am - 8:30 am
    • This one-hour, slow-flow, vinyasa-style yoga is perfect for all levels. It begins with deep breathing to awaken the body and moves into basic yoga poses, guided by the instructor and relaxing music. 

  • Revitalize with Resilience - Bootcamp
    Wednesday, Oct. 18 | 7:30 am - 8:30 am
    • Wrap up the Conference week with a 45-minute boot camp for bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and aerobics exercises. This all-level class can be scaled up or down to raise the heart rate and clear your head with some cardio before the last day of NetDiligence.

You will receive a calendar invite once your spot is secured. You will also receive a medical waiver that will need to be completed before participation.
