Midyear 2024 Cyber Risk Report Webinar

In this webinar, we will discuss the findings of our Midyear 2024 Cyber Risk Report, explore the latest trends in cyber claims, and provide an analysis of the evolving cyber threat landscape.

ABOUT

In 2024, threat actors have adapted their strategies to exploit the growing consolidation in business and technology sectors. With increased mergers and acquisitions and greater dependence on key software vendors, cybercriminals have found new ways to execute widespread ransomware attacks by targeting single points of failure. This year has seen some of the most disruptive cyber incidents, particularly in interconnected systems and newly acquired companies, leading to significant economic disruptions.

Our Midyear 2024 Cyber Risk Report draws on data from Resilience's Threat Intelligence team and our comprehensive insurance claims portfolio. The report provides a detailed analysis of current hacking activities and industry responses to these evolving threats.

  • Ann Irvine, Chief Data and Analytics Officer
  • Tom Egglestone, Head of International Claims
